Mishal Alsho'ala, Chairman, has joined the company in July 2010. Mishal earned his Bachelor's degree from Australia's University of Queensland majoring in Economics and Philosophy. Just like his father, H.E. Abdulnabi Alsho'ala, Mishal is an ambitious young businessman who aims to contribute to the vast development of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Mishal is also the Executive Director for Alfanar Group of Companies (Alfanar Investment Holding Co. BSC (c), Multi-Spec Systems and Services WLL and Al Hilal Hospital Co. WLL to name a few)

Balancing intellectual rigour with a practical and inspirational management style, Mike has spent 30 years in the media, marketing and communications industries. He has been a publisher of magazines, ran a national newspaper advertisement sales team in the UK, held a board directorship at the London Evening Standard and been a director of one of Northern & Shell's businesses.

Having launched media brands in Dubai for ENG Media, Mike was also Chief Performance Officer for the media intelligence firm News Group International, before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Primedia International. Having completed an executive MBA, achieving a distinction and invited to study for an executive PhD, he is passionate about improving interaction between individuals, recognising this dialogue as being the main driving force behind any business.

Jain is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 16 years of experience in handling various roles in Accounts, Audit & Finance with reputed companies in India and the Middle East. Prior to joining the Primedia team, Jain has worked as Group Financial Controller with Behbehani Brothers W.L.L. and as Deputy Chief Accountant with Bahrain Financing Company. He also served as Joint Secretary of the Bahrain Chapter of ICAI for the year 2008-09. Hailing from Kerala, Jain also has a Bachelor's degree in Physics. He has been based in Bahrain since 2003 with his wife and three children.
